Service Description
The basic facial includes cleansing, a mask, toner, cream or gel, and sunscreen, along with music and aromatherapy. All products used are dermatological-grade and vegan.
Cancellation Policy
At our spa, your well-being is our priority, and we understand that sometimes plans change. In order to offer you the best service and manage our appointments efficiently, we kindly ask you to consider our cancellation policy: No charge up to 24 hours in advance: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, don't worry! There will be no charge, and we will be happy to help you find another time. Cancellations less than 12 hours in advance: If the cancellation or rescheduling is made between 12 and 2 hours before your appointment, a 50% charge of the total service cost will be applied. This helps us partially cover the time reserved for you. Cancellations less than 1 hour in advance or no-shows: In the case of cancellations made less than 1 hour in advance or if you are unable to attend your appointment (no-show), 100% of the total service cost will be charged. We appreciate your understanding, as this time prevents us from serving other clients. We greatly appreciate your consideration and commitment.
